Mindfulness Links

MM PS RelazIn several posts and in The Sleep Diet I discuss the power of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I find the concepts of Sleep Restriction, Stimulus Control, and Sleep Hygiene to be most effective when coupled with Relaxation Therapy.
